If you are like me and spend too much time on Instagram you may have seen the Tortilla Hack that has recently popped up.

I am a big quesadilla fan and can not wait to work my way through the below internationally inspired fillings by the very clever @alphafoodie

1. Italy - Pesto, Sun Dried Tomato, Artichoke and Mozzarella Cheese

2. Mexico - Chilli Con Carne, Mozzarella, Avocado, Corn, Jalapenos.

France - Strawberry, Banana and Nutella spread

Lebanon - Falafel, Hommus, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickled Turnip and Tahini Lemon Sauce
