Placing Orders
  • Orders must be placed by 8:00am, 2 days before your delivery.
  • Changes or cancellations to one-off orders are required by 2pm one business day prior to the delivery date.
  • Changes or cancellations to subscription orders are required by 2pm three business days prior to the delivery date. This can be done by logging into your account. If your order has already generated, please email service@hillviewfarms.com.au to request. If it is possible we will accommodate but it is not guaranteed. 
  • Changes or cancellations to orders including meat products are required by 10pm three business days prior to the delivery date. Changes or cancellations requested after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee. 
Where we deliver

The morning of your delivery you will receive a text message from the driver with an approximate time of arrival. Deliveries can arrive anytime between 7.30am-8.30pm.
