Garlic Scape Paste - 100g

Grown just outside of Goulburn by our farming friend Steve, this incredible Organic Garlic Scape Paste can be used in stir-fries, pasta dishes, stirred into pestos, dips, spreads, hummus, or scrambled eggs. 

It adds a powerful garlic punch without the lingering garlic after taste or smell.

You only need a small amount for each dish.

This batch has been freshly made 26/10/23 and will keep in the fridge covered in olive oil for 6 months.
