Olsson's - Lemon Zest Salt Rub - 140g
A mixture of lemon zest, garlic and crisp sea salt flakes.
Rub on fish, lamb, chicken, pork and beef cuts before grilling or roasting. Sprinkle on eggs, vegetables, pasta and rice for added flavour. Or, combine with breadcrumbs for an excellent stuffing.
