Sourced from Berry, NSW, these baby figs have been sun-dried then marinated in a lush syrup of brown sugar, lemon, cinnamon and star anise. Their incredible texture and intense bursts of sweetness make them a perfect parter for goat or blue cheeses. Also delicious in a pear salad, with duck, or as an easy dessert with ice cream, greek yoghurt or mascarpone.
