Raw Honey straight from the Hives on our own farms in Batlow, the nectar is predominantly from clover at the moment.
Interesting Facts: Honey bees consume about 3.8kg of honey to produce 454g of wax.
Honey is an excellent accompaniment to any grazing cheese board/platter, or breakfast table. Use as an addition to meals, marinades, baking, in hot drinks or as a delightful sweet treat on its own.
