Crooked Creek took their champion shortbread and made it even better by adding crunchy homemade toffee shards. The judges said “Nice crunchy texture of inclusions, great simple offering”. No trans fat or seed oils. No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, soya, palm oil or GM ingredients. Retain their yumminess for 6 months

Serving Suggestions

The toffee shards wink through delectably buttery  shortbread. A pick me up for morning tea through to midnight snacks.  Let it sidle up to a crème brulee or crème caramel. A respectful nod to the marvellous Mare, Winx.
