This organic sauce is a slightly spicy, semi-thick worcestershire sauce made from a variety of organically grown vegetables, fruits, and more. The distinctive umami taste is produced by the addition of organic apple cider, original spices, and Kombu seaweed (kelp).

Carwari Organic Barbeque Sauce Japanese Style is made from a variety of organic vegetables and fruits and has a hint of spiciness. The processing method uses a type of Kombu seaweed (Hokkaido Kelp) instead of yeast extract. This adds an extra "Umami" flavour. Naturally fermented vinegars also contribute to making it taste milder & lighter.
