Sweet White Turnips

Sweet White Tunips  have a sweet, peppery, and slightly nutty falvour, similar to a cross between a carrot and a radish. When raw, they're crunchy and sweet, with a hint of spice. When cooked, they become tender and sweet, with a flavour similar to a sweet potato, but milder. They are a delighthful addition to various dishes, and their sweetness pairs well with savoury of tangy flavours. Our neighbour makes a great Chutney out of them and you can find the recipe here
