Our dahl is packed with goodness and is packed whilst still al dente which brings great texture to this dish. It is full of diced carrots, celery, onion, leeks special curry powder and mustard seeds. We finish it with fresh coriander and suggest that you add a good squeeze of lemon juice after heating. Feeds two people when added to staples such as rice and greens.
Chef’s suggestion: Serve it with your favourite steamed rice and vegetables or use it as a staple instead of potato and serve with some grilled fish.
