Another favoured Thai style curry of succulent chicken simmered in our red curry paste and coconut milk with bamboo, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. The dish is finished with fresh Thai basil and lime leaves. Feeds two people when added to staples such as rice and greens.
Chef’s suggestion: Should be served with steamed jasmine or brown rice and some steamed Asian vegetables, such as bok choy. Try it first and add some extra chilli, if you like. We do not make it overly spicy.
