Cook-at-home pasta from one of Australia's most exciting kitchens. 

The Cacio e Pepe is made with locally-sourced free range eggs and '00' flour from Ben Furney Milling. 

Each pack comes with enough fresh pasta and sauce for two very substantial servings that can be ready in under five minutes. 

Cook the pasta separately in unsalted water while the sauce is heated in a pan. Three minutes later, throw the drained pasta into the sauce, add a little pasta water and voilà!

All pasta is made with locally-sourced free range eggs. All pasta is made using ‘00’ flour sourced from Ben Furney Milling in Dubbo, NSW. The Rigatoni includes Premium Wagyu Beef Cheeks. The Pork and Fennel Sausage is made using free range Tathra Place Wessex Saddleback Pork.

The kitchen is headed up by ex-Monopole chef Toby Stansfield, with McComas-Williams working as executive chef for both Fabbrica and Ragazzi.
