Australian fruits and ginger are chopped then marinated in nothing other than Brandy for a week; this ensures our Cake is luscious and savoury – almost tart. 25 ingredients combine to give layers of taste as you indulge – what celebrating should be all about. We use the best grade spices which we blend – being Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Allspice, Coriander and Mace.

As you slice through the cake the pieces of premium quality fruit and ginger are visible. You eat with your eyes.
As we take the cakes hot from the oven and they settle back down, we drizzle extra Brandy on top of them so it sizzles in between the whole nuts giving premium taste and keeping quality.
This Cake is fruit-driven and is best simply served with Tea, a Tipple or with Cheese.
