Pasture raised on the South Coast & Riverina regions of NSW, our Beef is raised using a holistic approach with ecological agriculture and low-stress stock handling. Stock are always grazing on fresh pastures that are allowed to rest and regenerate naturally with little input. We do not use hormones & antibiotics in our beef, it is 100% natural grass fed free range beef.
Our Pork is pasture raised, ethically sourced with sustainable practices from the Hawkesbury region.
